An appointment is required to Wedding Dress Shopping, Cleaning drop off & pick up, Pick up your purchased wedding dress.

Accessories/Sew in cups - Saturdays are incredibly challenging to assist walk-in traffic, during the week it is much easier but not always possible. To ensure timely service please call ahead to let us know you’re coming.
How many people can attend an appointment?
6-person maximum | Bride plus up to five people, no exceptions to this policy can be made. We understand & accept that this may make it that certain brides cannot schedule an appointment with us as they would want more guests.
Do we charge for an appointment or do you charge a cancellation fee?
We DO NOT charge to book a wedding dress shopping appointment with us! We also DO NOT charge to cancel your appointment no matter the length of time notification is given. With that said, we would always prefer to be notified rather than stood up as being stood up does not afford us the opportunity to get a bride on our cancellation list in. On a Saturday we can have up to a 10-person cancellation list.
How long does it take to order a wedding dress? When should I start shopping?
6.5 months - a wedding dress can take as long as 6.5 months to come in with no additional charge shipping; with that said, our entire inventory of wedding dresses is available for immediate purchase so we can accommodate any timeline.
*Be sure to account for actual shopping (not everyone can say yes on their first day out) and alterations (3-3.5 months) timelines. Ideally it is best to order your wedding gown about 10-12 months before your wedding. There are many options for timelines shorter than the ideally suggested.
What is your price range?

Do you have plus-size wedding dress samples?
YES, a BIG “HECK YES!” - Curves come in all sizes! 50% of our samples (that’s around 150 dresses) are size 16 - 34, and they are available for special order size 0 to 34. Our samples range from size 6 to 34. There are perks to having a gown be a bit too big and having it pinned perfectly to your figure, rather than having to imagine the fit of a gown you can’t quite get on.
Do shoes need to be removed?
Yes, everyone entering W Bridals will need to remove their shoes. Exception can and will be made for those individuals who cannot remove their shoes for medical/health reason; in this case we will provide paper towel for shoes to be wiped before entering onto the showroom floor.
Is W Bridals wheelchair accessible?
Yes, you bet we are! Our main entrance is at sidewalk level, fitting rooms and bathroom all meet City Of Saskatoon handicap accessibility requirements.
Are children allowed at appointments?
Yes! Children who will not be held in someone’s arms for the duration of the appointment will count toward your total guest count. With that said, the shop is not child proofed so there must be an adult tasked to care for the child(ren) joining so they don’t hurt themselves, touch the dresses, or run into another customer’s experience.
What should I wear or bring to my appointment?
As a part of your appointment preparation we ask that you visit the Our Wedding Dresses tab of our website to pre-select five gowns that you are excited to try on at your appointment. If you’re hoping to find “The One” and could be ordering at your appointment it wouldn’t hurt to have or know what heel height, if any, you’re planning to wear. We suggest wearing well-fitting, comfortable and neutral toned undergarments.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
Start by establishing your budget or budget range, from there use our website to shop our inventory and determine about five styles you are excited to try on at your appointment. Make sure that the people you include in your shopping experience have your best interest at heart and you can feel supported by the energy they bring.
Do brides say YES at their first appointment?
100% they do!! And we don't always mean just their first appointment with us, we mean first appointment ever! Some brides only end up shopping at our store for their perfect gown! Sometimes the perfect dress finds you so we suggest staying open to the possiblity and likelihood that you'll find YOUR dress at your first appointment with us :)
Do you offer or can we bring Champagne?
NO! The shop has a no beverage or food policy, including coffee, tea and juice.
Do you carry more than just wedding dresses?
Yes! We have an excellent selection of veils, hair combs, pins and bands, necklaces, earrings (including clip-ons), bracelets, garters and sew-in cups.

Yes! We have an excellent selection of veils, hair combs, pins and bands, necklaces, earrings (including clip-ons), bracelets, garters and sew-in cups.
Do you clean dresses?
Yes, we do!! Wedding Dresses: Standard Clean is $125; Premium Clean is $275 & Veils $20 - to see some example click here: Dress Cleaning! Open to all brides, even if you didn’t purchase your dress through the shop. Formal Dresses: Color $65; All Ivory $55 (includes bridesmaid, flower girl & mother of) It is a 3-4 week turn-around time, drop off appointment can be scheduled in “Book an Appointment”. This is an ideal service for both after-care or before-care for all dresses.
